The Storm
The storm keeps on twisting
And through the wind, and the lightening
An old man turned to me as if to say
Hurry she's waiting for you.
The happiness burns inside like a rainbow.
I want to be exposed,
Like a bad roll of film.
Turn to me and tell me you do too
For you make up all that you left
Even in the line of fire
You are in the arms of an angel
Flawless
But you fear change,
And you fear me.
Life's setup in a domino effect
A flinch and you live in a wreck
Rest your mind and come with me.
Step to my apartment
There's no one home, but
From my lips to God's ear
Girl I did you wrong
And I will do you right,
Forget your fears, and take a chance with me.
